Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, including washing up all cutlery and crockery, clean out the fridge and freezer. The unit rubbish bin is to be emptied, and all beverage containers placed in the rubbish bay.

The Guest authorises Yidney Rocks Beachfront Units to retain Credit and Debit Card Details until satisfied that the property has been left in a state considered by Yidney Rocks Beachfront Units to be satisfactory, after the Guest's Booking has concluded. If in its absolute discretion Yidney Rocks Beachfront Units considers that the property has been damaged or has not been left in a satisfactory condition, Yidney Rocks Beachfront Units may, without reference to the Guest, deduct monies from a Debit Cards or Credit Card of the guest to cover additional costs.
